Rules

1.1. Frozen Store guarantees:

• sale of the product to one customer only;

• replacement or refund if the product proves invalid due to the supplier’s fault, including blocked profiles, deleted profiles, or incorrect login data, provided the warranty is still active;

• if replacement is impossible, a refund may be issued within 24 hours to the following methods only: YooMoney, Litecoin, USDT TRC20, or the customer’s account balance.

  • The standard warranty period is 30 minutes. For products from the VK category it is 10 minutes. The warranty starts from the moment the product is delivered. If you contact support after the stated warranty time, the warranty is considered expired. Editing Telegram messages is prohibited.

1.2. When using profiles purchased through Frozen Store, the following is strictly prohibited:

• using your home IP address or home Wi-Fi;

• using VPN software, whether paid or free, as well as built-in VPN solutions and similar tools;

• using Android emulators, virtual machines, disposable devices, VPS, or VDS servers;

• using shared proxies, IPv6, public proxies, or bulk proxy packs;

• logging into two or more accounts from the same device and proxy;

• abusing profiles for unlawful actions, including spam, threats, phishing, cyberbullying, and similar violations.

Each profile requires a separate private legal IPv4 proxy and a clean device environment with cookies, a fresh user agent, and proper software.

1.3. Frozen Store does not provide information products or consultations on how to choose or work with products.

1.4. Frozen Store has the right to:

• refuse replacement of an originally valid profile if you logged in and performed actions after delivery and the profile was then blocked;

• refuse a refund for valid purchased profiles if the buyer made a careless choice or later changed their mind about the purchase;

• block a customer on the Service without compensation in the following cases:

a) spam abuse;

b) negative attacks, comments, or campaigns against the Service on external resources;

c) inappropriate behavior toward support staff or the use of offensive language.

1.5. By accepting the Service rules during the checkout process, the customer confirms that they:

• have read the full product description;

• will independently change passwords and maintain security for long-term use if needed;

• accept that responsibility passes to the buyer after purchase;

• understand that violation of clause 1.2 cancels the warranty;

• have reviewed all rules listed above.

Refund terms: You may request a refund if the received service was of poor quality or was not provided according to the order terms.

To request a refund, contact support using the available contact details. Requests are considered individually, and approved refunds are made within 24 hours to YooMoney, Litecoin, USDT TRC20, or the client account balance.

Attention: Frozen Store acts as an intermediary between suppliers and buyers. Responsibility for any unlawful use of data lies entirely with the buyer. The Service does not approve spam or illegal fraudulent activity carried out using purchased profiles.
