How To Become A Frozen Store Supplier

Author: Роман Соколов Updated:

A registered user can become a Frozen Store supplier if they can regularly provide quality digital products. Before access to the supplier panel, submit an application describing the profiles you offer, their volume, and their origin.

Short answer: register, complete the supplier application, wait for review for up to 48 hours, and upload products for moderation after approval. Hacked or unlawfully obtained profiles are prohibited.

Who can apply?

Shopping is available to all users, but the supplier panel is opened only after an application is approved. This helps the marketplace review the intended product range and keep questionable products out of the catalog.

What to include in the application

  1. What you supply. Name the platforms and types: autoregistered, aged, boosted, or other available options.
  2. Quantity. Give an approximate available volume and minimum batch.
  3. Frequency. Explain how often you can replenish stock.
  4. Origin. Describe the lawful source and confirm that products are not hacked or stolen.
  5. Contact. Provide a current way to answer follow-up questions.

Prohibited products

  • Hacked, stolen, or compromised profiles.
  • Profiles of real people transferred without lawful grounds and consent.
  • Products with misleading descriptions or hidden limitations.
  • Data whose origin the supplier cannot explain.
  • Products that violate platform rules or applicable law.

If the origin cannot be verified, do not include the item in the application. Transparency matters more than volume.

How moderation works

StageWhat happensWhat you do
ApplicationThe supplier describes the range and sourceGive specific, complete information
ReviewAn administrator checks the applicationAnswer follow-up questions if needed
DecisionThe application is accepted or declinedWait for the result, usually up to 48 hours
ProductAn approved item is sent for reviewAdd title, description, quantity, and unit price

Uploading products after approval

Choose the section, category, and subcategory in the supplier panel, then add a clear title and description. Enter the quantity and the amount you want to receive per unit. The final customer price is calculated under the current marketplace rules and shown before submission.

An item does not appear automatically after upload: an administrator reviews it first. Once approved and published, the application will contain a link to the live product.

Balance, hold, and payouts

After a sale, funds appear on the supplier balance. A recent sale stays on hold and becomes available for payout three days after the purchase. The minimum payout amount is 100 RUB.

Available payout methods are shown in the form, such as USDT TRC20, bank card, or YooMoney. Check the details carefully before submitting a request.

How to start well

  • Start with a few clear and verified products.
  • Do not exaggerate quantity or promise features that are not included.
  • Keep evidence of origin and a supply history.
  • Monitor stock and update descriptions when needed.
  • Answer administrator and buyer questions through the request system.
Practical tip: a small, detailed application with transparent sourcing is stronger than a long list with no specifics.

Frequently asked questions

Can I sell immediately after registration?

No. Submit the application and pass moderation first.

What if the application is declined?

Read the administrator's comment, add the missing information, and reapply if allowed.

When can I withdraw money from a sale?

After the three-day hold ends and the minimum payout threshold is reached.

Conclusion

The supplier path has four stages: application, moderation, product upload, and sale. Clear descriptions, lawful sourcing, and stable quality support long-term cooperation.

After registration, apply through the supplier panel and pass moderation. If you have questions, create a support request.
